1 Send Your Proposal

Submit your coliving project idea to us, including details about the location, concept, and vision.

4 Business Plan Development

Once approved, we will collaborate with you to create a solid business plan tailored to your co-living project.

5 Crowdfunding Launch

Together, we will initiate a crowdfunding campaign to bring your co-living vision to life, backed by our community.

Costs

Are you eligible for bank credit? Inform yourself and then include this information in the project description.

An ideal coliving space has 8 to 15 bedrooms. Smaller setups can be challenging to get financially going, but don't hesitate to contact us anyway.

To conduct a pre-check, please feel free to send us some key points. This service is complimentary.

If we give you a positive answer, you can send your detailed project. We will do the calculations and check the feasibility. We charge 500 euros to conclude this.

Once we've completed our initial assessment, we recommend hiring a qualified real estate professional to conduct a thorough property inspection. This service is at your own expense. A professional inspection will provide you with a comprehensive report detailing the property's condition, potential issues, and necessary repairs.

If everything is fine, we will upload your project to our website and start inviting co-investors to help fund it. Please be aware that our service fee is a share of 5% of the total coliving project - that means, you need to add this to the business plan. We will calculate everything, and you need to prepare all materials for our website (photos, numbers, etc.). If you would like to hand this service over to us, there will be an additional cost of 500 Euro.
